Anime Expo 2019 & Their Exclusives!

It’s getting to be that time, y’all… That time where you get together with your pals to watch fireworks take over the sky in celebration of the biggest event of the summer. That’s right… ✨ANIME EXPO✨! July 4th is quickly approaching, and so is the biggest anime convention in the US! And as the biggest convention, not only will it hold world premieres and exclusive events, but there are those sweet, sweet convention exclusive items you can ONLY buy at Anime Expo.

 

But what kind of exclusives will we see there? And which booths will you be able to buy them from? Worry not, dear readers; this is your handy dandy guide to Anime Expo exclusives along with other essential info for attendees. I’ve done these guides for 2015, 2016, 2017, and now I’m back for 2019! Let’s see what goodies we can expect for this year’s Anime Expo!

Believe It or Not: The Saga of Naruto Boy

“Man, I don’t CARE about Naruto. Shut up about it already!”, said a very disgruntled student, as he struggled with the current material he had to know for a midterm exam. Did that impede the other student from raving on about Naruto? Oh, how I hoped that it did… but it did not. “You SHOULD care, because Naruto is the best anime and manga on the PLANET!”

Hello? Is This Thing On?

Oh, there we go. Hello everyone. It’s 2019, and… a bit past a year since I’ve written anything on here, huh? It’s been almost a couple of years since this post right here, where I attempted to move forward the best I could. I certainly had plans to put forth into action, but after everything, depression had very different plans for me for half of 2017 and all of 2018. Painful and unfortunate plans, sadly. As a heads up, this is going to be quite personal with my feelings on some events that happened, plus depression, so if that ain’t your thing, there’s that warning for you.

Bad Apple Wars – Some Thoughts & Translated Soul Touch Scenes

Howdy, my dear readers! We’ve been blessed this year with a slew of otome games for us to support, play and enjoy. It’s really about time that otome game fans got the attention they deserved; you can’t really go wrong with our growing community of gamers!  This year, we’ve seen games like Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds, Period Cube, Collar x Malice, Fashioning Little Miss Lonesome, How to Fool a Liar King, along with demos and previews of several promising games to come soon!

And then there’s the much-awaited Bad Apple Wars. This is one game that a ton of people were really excited for due to its gripping story line. Most of the people that I’ve talked to that have played the Japanese version of the game told me that this is THE game to look for this year when it’s in English, so I was very much hyped for it! Aksys Games has had a very busy 2017, with not just 1, but 3 otome games released so far. Which is pretty amazing; thank you for believing in our community and for bringing forth these games!
