Come one, come all! It’s Gift’s first event of 2016, the 2nd wave of the Winter Campaign! This online event will open up on January 8th at 18:00 JST, and will run until January 18th at 13:00 JST. The event will be the debut of several new plushies along with a few returning items for sale.

Pokémon Symphonic Evolutions & Pokémon Center Plushies Sighting!

Early last month on December 4th, the Dr. Phillips Center was taken through a journey to Victory Road. The Pokémon Symphonic Evolutions tour made a stop at downtown Orlando to bring orchestral arrangements of music that Pokémon fans all know and love! 🎶 We were fortunate enough to be able to go to the show and enjoy a night filled with familiar melodies played in a style that I never thought I would hear.

Idea Factory International’s 2nd Press Event

Hello, it’s been quite awhile, hasn’t it? Being busy with lots of term papers, exams and graduation stuff robbed me of any free time I had until all of those were finalized just last week. Sorry to keep you all waiting, but I have lots of good stuff coming your way! ✨

On December 3rd, Idea Factory International held their 2nd press event to announce and talk about select titles they are currently working on. Yours truly got to attend to check it out, along with talking to the lovely staff of Idea Factory International and other attendees!

Otomate Contest on Facebook Asks Fans Which Games They Want Localized!

Otomate World hosted an important contest that otome game fans were buzzing about last week. They made a Facebook post asking which one of their titles fans would like to see localized in English. This was a HUGE opportunity to show them our love for otome games, and how we wish to support the genre if they give us the chance to do so! Along with that opportunity came the chance for prizes, so that’s pretty much killing a bird with two stones, right? Fans have been listing off what to suggest, which, even if the contest is over, I suggest you do anyway. Here are my picks!

Gift’s Special Lot Day & Nuigurumi Day Events!

Come one, come all! It’s that time again…time for another Gift event! And this time, there’s TWO instead of one! The first event on October 24th is the Special Lot Day, and the second event on October 25th is the Nuigurumi Day. Both events are going to be held over at Hulic Hall in Tokyo. One event is a lottery event to commemorate Nitro+CHiRAL’s 10th Anniversary with all sorts of goods to get. The other event is a plush event where new plushies are showcased and available for purchase. Here are more details on the items that will be offered at the events!

Welcome To Otome Game October!

Hello, fellow readers! Sorry for my period of absence; between my university classes, my jobs and other obligations, I’ve been terribly busy. I’m glad to be back and writing about fun things, so please stay tuned for more goodness coming your way!

With Amnesia: Memories having been released, and the much-awaited localisations of Code:Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ and Norn9: Var Commons coming this fall, along with other games (OZMAFIA!!) coming soon, this is something to be celebrated! So I thought: “Why not have a month to celebrate by asking fans their opinions on otome games, post up their pictures featuring their collections and talk about current titles we’re playing and how excited we are about future titles?”

To start off, I’ve made a survey for fans to answer, so we can see people’s insights on otome games. The answers I’ve gotten so far have been really interesting, so I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I did! To kick off Otome Game October, we have my good friend Emi answering my survey. Witch boy Magical piece Kickstarter Page Is Now Open!

Back in the end of July, Sekai Project announced a slew of games to be localized.
