Otomania 2017 – Round 2 Results & Round 3 START!

It’s that time, my dear readers. Here’s round 3 of OTOMANIA 2017! ✨ Once again, infinite thanks to the Otome Armada from all over for taking part in this event. If you missed out on voting in the previous rounds, not to worry, there are still many more rounds for you to crown the BEST otome game of all space and time in this year’s OTOMANIA! Round 2 is now OVAH, so let’s see which game took the win.

The winner of round 2 is…Nameless! 🎉 I gotta admit, this was a rough round because both of these games are fantastic and must-play titles! Congrats to Nameless coming out on top.

bracket - round 3Nameless moves on to face the winner of round 3. I wonder…which game will win that round? It’ll be an explosive round!

Let’s talk a bit about Nameless for those who don’t know much about it.

Eri is a high school student and everything about her seems ordinary except she has a special hobby.

Eri is into collecting ball-jointed dolls made from the doll company, Crobidoll. Although she treats her dolls like her real family, she cannot talk about them to even her “normal” best friends.

With her parents living overseas, she was left all alone after her grandpa’s death. She started to rely on her dolls to escape from her loneliness. Then, one day, she had a dream about feathers coming out of her diary and when she woke up, she heard strange sounds coming from her kitchen…

Yup, you guessed it, her precious dolls COME TO LIFE! And since they’re all really detailed dolls, they’re all kinda…hot guys now. 😂👌 The guys have very distinct characters that elevate the game to have a lot of life and personality. It’s a real spectacle when all of them argue, that’s for sure! And…the yandere in this game is quite strong, so if you’re into that, buckle up and enjoy!

There’s way more that the story has to offer, but it’ll spoil the fun of finding out on your own, so I’ll spare you and leave you to uncover why the dolls came to life and the meaning of that weird dream Eri had about those feathers.

You can get Nameless ~The one thing you must recall~ via Steam. The $30 price tag might spook some people away, but I assure you, it’s very much worth the price. Cheritz does an amazing job with all of their titles that they’ve released. Definitely check it out whenever you get the chance!

Now…it’s time for ROUND 3 of OTOMANIA 2017!

Round 3 is a tough one! It’ll be between Kenka Bancho Otome and Clock Zero! On the surveys you completed, a lot of you expressed a lot of love for both of these titles. Let’s see which one is BEST! Vote, talk about it in the comments or on Twitter, but most importantly: have fun💖

It’s another round of games worth playing! I myself haven’t played Clock Zero, but I’ve heard it has a complex and in-depth story that I find appealing.
